System Access Policy

This is only for members of registered Organizations on Ethio-Seed Platform. If you are a public individual user with no need for privileged access to manage data, please do not register. No rights will be assigned to you by the admin and your details will be erased automatically.

Account Management Policy

MOA will manage the permission assignment for individual accounts created by members of registered organizations. However, individual accounts and their associated password are created and maintained by the users through self-service. They can change their passwords,recover lost passwords and change their profile picture at any-time

Account Termination Policy

Upon Request from the owner organization, individual accounts may be temporarily suspended, or completely terminated.

Data Privacy Policy

The data maintained on Ethio-Seed is protected through appropriate role-based access control mechanisms. While There are multiple stakeholder organizations of the same category, management of their data is virtualized into their own organizational sandboxed environment.
