How It Works
3 - Simple Steps!
Registration on the Platform
Prior to users' registration on Ethio-seed system, registration of their organization should be completed by MoA. You can see how to contact MoA ICT on this page. You can also check if your organization is registered by browsing seed actors from the top menu bar. Then You register with your personal details and verify your account via an email link that will be sent once you complete the form.
Registration Approval by MoA
MoA System Administrators will review user registration. MoA will then assign appropriate privileges for the user account! If your privileges are not assigned to you on time, please communicate with MoA ICT here
Start Using
Once permissions are assigned for you, you can log into your account and, update your profile, including your picture and start accessing the services in the system.
Who Uses this System?
Public and Private Seed Producers and Consumers!
The platform is designed to be used by all relevant public and private stakeholders in the seed -demand-supply value chain. Primarily, the current focus of the platform is on tracking the formal seed demand and exchange in Ethiopia. Accordingly, national Agri-research institutes working on EGS, private and public seed enterprises and importers, distributors, regulators and quality seed seekers all use this platform to search and connect with each other.
